Thrilling FAQ

Can I or should I freeze my Bakon if I can't use it all right away?

The short answer is, no, please don't.

Freezing can damage the texture of Bakon, making it it more difficult to handle and making the slices harder to separate without breaking.

Fortunately, Thrilling Bakon™ has a long refrigerated shelf life of 20 weeks, due to the authentic "Old World" salt and smoke curing process. Most orders arrive with several months of refrigerated shelf life indicated by the Best By date on the package.
