We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we're confident you will. That's why we offer a full guarantee: if you aren't happy, we'll refund your money.

To obtain a refund, email hello@thrillingfoods.com and explain what happened. We don't accept returns since Bakon is perishable, but we will refund or replace your Bakon order you if you're not satisfied. (Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.)

Once your refund is processed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thrillingfoods.com.
