I can’t say enough good things about Thrilling Foods’ Bakon. We started out buying an 8oz pack from a health food store near where we were vacationing. I then started driving 25 miles to the closest retailer just to get it. We loved it so much that we went ahead and ordered the 6 lbs!
In case anyone is wondering, you definitely CAN freeze it and then thaw what you think you’ll use that week. It cooks and tastes just as good!
Another pro-tip: If you find that it breaks apart when you are separating pieces, just let it warm up a bit after taking it out of the fridge and then separate with a dull-edged butter knife. It works like a charm!

As a family that’s been vegan for 5 years, we never thought we’d be able to enjoy guilt-free bacon. Enter Thrilling Foods and OMG it is out of this world delicious. This is the 2nd time we’ve bought a bulk pack and I can definitely say we will continue to purchase it again and again. For everything from pasta carbonara to bakon/Just Egg/and vegan cheese bagel sandwiches, it’s the best one we have had by far. Thank you!
This is the absolute BEST VEGAN/ PLANT BASED BAKON I have ever tried. The aroma, the texture, the crunch on a BLT!! My hubby( not a vegan) smelled it as I was cooking and said what are you doing cooking that pork?He knew better but it does indeed smell and taste like what he said. Then when he ate it he wanted a second, me too. I've tried all plant based bakon available in the US and it's THE BEST. Worth every penny..but I do wish it was less expensive. Love Love Love it.
